After the installation was done, I can use the Bamboo Dock again. I restored the date and time and it was still working!
The only thing that happened was a small pop-up letting me know that the certificate for the Dock expired already. But I was still able to continue using the Dock even restarting my laptop and the pop-up hasn't appeared.
I know that the tablet still works normally without the Dock. But the Dock lets me put shortcuts on the tablet which is a huge convenience!. Only problem I see with your solution is that I don't have access to the cd anymore:/ Oh no!

So this was the closest solution I can find for my problem. But you already have Windows 10, so I'm not sure if the bamboo dock in the link description can still work for your model.
